This place has a great location, just 16 miles from the airport, and the room I got was affordable with all the necessary amenities including a separate futon.

We had a comfortable stay at Business Hotel Yamashiro. The Japanese-style bedding was cozy, and the room was perfect for our group of three. Despite the small bathroom, the room had ample storage. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of turning in the key at the front desk. The hotel's location near restaurants and the JR station made it very convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and loved our choice. It was a peaceful and wonderful hotel set in a secure area. - Close to the entertainment district, surrounded by bars, and near the center of Shinjuku. - We were given an excellent, wonderful room on the higher floors. - the venue's position was central.

loved the hotel - great price, location, and room size. No luggage, just big bags, but the room had 2 big storage boxes to keep things organized. Staff available 24/7 and spoke English. Close to Shinjuku station, about a 15 min walk. Will definitely stay here again!
Street-facing room on 2nd floor - bright at night even with curtains closed, and noisy with people yelling. Thicker curtains would be nice.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom
Marvellous location near Godzilla and the shopping area with good food. Nearby Platinum is a great place to chill out

the japanese-style bedding was so comfy, and the room was perfect for us. the location in kabukicho was bustling but the hotel was on a quiet street. the staff were extremely thoughtful and sweet, making our stay even better than our previous trip to tokyo.
Noise at night could be bothersome.

We had a blast staying at this hotel in a lively district close to the vibrant nightlife. The staff were incredibly helpful and available 24/7. The room we stayed in was spacious and had comfortable futon beds for each of us. It was conveniently located near a Lawson store, perfect for grabbing late-night snacks. The hotel's detailed directions made it easy to find, and it was only a short walk from the train station. the location, service, and comfortable room made for a great stay.
One downside was that the street outside the hotel could get a bit noisy at times, due to the nearby bars and lounges.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
